58ff Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the platform 58ff, create an account, make a deposit, or use any available service — whether Sports Betting, crash games, poker, Blackjack, or Live Casino — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling.

Accepting these terms creates a binding agreement between you and 58ff. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not create an account or use the platform's services.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on 58ff and access all platform services, you must meet all of the criteria below:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil or hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not currently serving a voluntary self-exclusion period or having been permanently banned from 58ff on a previous account;
• Not acting as a representative, agent, or employee of 58ff or any partner companies;
• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration.

Each individual may hold one account only on 58ff, linked to your CPF. Opening duplicate accounts is considered a serious violation and may result in the closure of all related accounts and confiscation of any existing balance, following an internal review.

Registration on 58ff is free and can be completed on the website or the mobile app. You will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and mobile number. This information is used exclusively for identification, security, and account-related communications.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

The 58ff is required by regulation to verify the identity of all players before processing the first withdrawal. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is straightforward and can be completed in under 24 hours in most cases.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, phone bill, or bank statement);
• Selfie holding the document, when requested by the verification system.

The 58ff may request additional documents in specific situations, such as above-average transaction volumes or suspected misuse of the account. Refusing to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

4. Deposits

The 58ff accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian reais (R$):

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, balance credited in up to 30 seconds;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — processing time of up to 2 business days;
• Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — instant processing;
• PicPay — instant processing;
• Mercado Pago — instant processing;
• TED Transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks) — processing time of up to 1 business day.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no globally defined maximum deposit limit, though specific limits may apply depending on the payment method or the account's verification status. A 58ff does not charge fees on deposits — any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.

All deposits must be made using payment methods held in the account holder's own name. Deposits made by third parties are not accepted and will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 58ff are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The average processing time is up to 5 minutes after the request, for accounts with a completed identity verification (KYC).

The first withdrawal requires a completed KYC process. Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically with no need to resubmit documents, provided there is no significant change in the account's usage profile.

The 58ff reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals in situations such as:

• Cumulative withdrawal amount exceeding R$ 5,000.00 in the same month;
• Recent change of Pix key or bank details;
• Unusual activity detected by the security team;
• Suspected use of multiple accounts or fraud.

6. Sports Betting

The platform 58ff offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions), volleyball (Superliga Masculina e Feminina, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, tennis, and more. Sport-specific rules are detailed in the platform's help section.

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting on 58ff:

• Bets are valid from the moment they are confirmed by the system. Odds errors resulting from a technical fault identified before the event starts may be voided by 58ff, with a full refund issued to the player;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from its original schedule, pre-game bets are refunded;
• Accumulator bets follow the same rules — if one selection in an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections;
• The Cash Out feature is available on selected markets and lets you settle a bet before the final result, with the payout calculated in real time based on the current state of the event;
• Bets placed after an event has started (live bets) are final once confirmed by the 58ff.

7. Casino, Crash Games & Table Games

The 58ff offers casino games provided by internationally licensed and audited providers, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, slots, and crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman. The individual rules for each game are displayed within the game's own interface.

Digital casino games use an RNG (random number generator) certified by independent bodies. Live Casino tables are operated from real studios with human dealers. Both formats have their RTP (return to player) published on each game's information page.

The outcome of any round recorded on the servers of 58ff is considered final. In the event of a disconnection during an active round, the system automatically records the outcome once the connection is restored, and the balance is adjusted according to the calculated result.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

The 58ff offers a welcome bonus, seasonal promotions, reload bonuses, and loyalty programs. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the platform's Promotions page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific terms:

• Rollover (wagering requirement): All bonus funds are subject to a rollover requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 30 times the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion;
• Validity period: Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover has not been completed within the set deadline will be automatically removed from the account;
• Maximum bet with bonus balance: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum stake per bet is R$ 50.00, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the relevant promotion;
• Game contribution: Sports Betting and slots generally contribute 100% toward the rollover. Live blackjack, roulette, and baccarat typically contribute between 5% and 20%. Please refer to each promotion's terms;
• Each welcome bonus can only be redeemed once per CPF, address, phone number, device, or IP. Attempts to claim the same bonus through different means will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.

9. Responsible Gambling

The 58ff believes entertainment should be a positive, controlled experience. That is why we offer a set of tools that any player can activate at any time directly from the account settings:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, and monthly limits on your deposits. Once lowered, the limit takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a 7-day waiting period applies;
• Session time limit: set up alerts or automatic time-outs after a period of continuous platform use;
• Cooldown (temporary break): pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, login is blocked, but your balance is preserved;
• Self-exclusion: permanently closes account access for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the chosen period ends.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform 58ff and may result in account closure, balance confiscation, and reporting to the authorities:

• Creating more than one account per CPF or per household at the same address;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Intentionally and systematically exploiting system errors or odds glitches;
• Placing bets in collusion with other players or with the intent of guaranteeing an outcome regardless of the odds (abusive arbitrage);
• Making deposits using third-party cards or bank accounts;
• Engaging in money laundering or using 58ff to move funds of illicit origin;
• Providing false information at any stage of registration or the KYC verification process;
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or overload the systems of 58ff by any method.

The 58ff monitors player activity using automated tools and manual review. When an account is closed due to a conduct violation, the review process may take up to 30 business days. Legitimately obtained balances are returned to the account holder upon completion of the review, except in cases where evidence of proven fraud exists.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time via support chat or by emailing suporte@58ff.best. Any remaining balance will be refunded via Pix within 5 business days of request confirmation, provided KYC is complete and there are no pending bets.

The 58ff reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or platform misuse;
• Identity verification not completed within the established deadline;
• Self-exclusion request by the player;
• Order from a competent authority;
• Operational closure or restructuring of the platform.

12. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

The 58ff handles all players' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Federal Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: user identification, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and account-related communications.

13. Limitation of Liability

The 58ff uses all reasonable technical resources to ensure platform availability and stability. However, it is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures (internet providers, payment servers, game providers);
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player based on information obtained outside the platform;
• Indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits of any kind;
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the user's own negligence (password sharing, use of public devices without appropriate precautions).

In any situation, the maximum liability of 58ff toward the player is limited to the balance available in the account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The 58ff may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, our operations, or industry best practices. Any significant update will be communicated to players at least 7 days in advance by email and/or in-platform notification.

The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of this document. Continued use of 58ff after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure before the effective date at no cost.

15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the 58ff that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement between the parties shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the District Court of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
